Connections of Moorhead, Inc has been providing quality services for adults with disabilities in our region for over 37 years. We strive to actively support people in achieving personal satisfaction through independence, community integration and empowerment. We are the only provider who proudly offers both residential and vocational services to ensure continuity of care. Our agency has a variety of programs to effectively meet the needs of adults with both physical and mental disabilities including: Semi-independent Living Services, Independent Living Services, Supported Living Services, and Adult Foster Care, Enclave Employment, Supported Employment and Direct Hire Support.

When I began working at Connections I had a whole new world gifted to me, knowing that once I arrive at work I will be greeted with an eagerness to enjoy life that I have not seen in so long.
