Adult Foster Care

Adult Foster Care is a living arrangement that provides food, lodging, supervision, and household services in a family style setting. This service provides a 24-hour plan of care.

• Residents in the foster home work on skills to maintain their home such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, menu planning, and shopping.
• The program encourages residents to be active members of our community through recreation and participation.
• Our program allows individuals with disabilities to form meaningful relationships with others and promotes a connection to family.
• It gives people a chance to explore their individuality by assisting them to live up to their full potential.
