Welcome to Connections of Moorhead
Many people with disabilities need extra support in their daily lives. Connections of Moorhead provides that support by teaching independent living skills, assisting with employment needs, and helping people access available community resources. A CARF Three-Year Accreditation was awarded to Connections of Moorhead, Inc. in July 2014 for Community Employment Services: Employment Supports and Job Development. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization's substantial conformance to the CARF standards. Our organization went through a rigorous peer review process that demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that we are committed to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable and of the highest quality. Connections offers employment support service options to assist individuals in finding and maintaining employment in the community. With all services, Connections provides on-going support and a contact person for communication and advocacy. Connections participants are employed at a variety of businesses in the Fargo/Moorhead area. More »
At Connections, we recognize that residential services are a very significant part of a person's life. That is why it is the goal of Connections Residential Programs to provide residential services to adults with disabilities that focus on empowering people to live a fulfilling and prosperous life.
